| Our plan was to go on an 16 hour journey. Took the car to C&A for a review. C&A made some minor suggestions. Mechanics were all Professional and great Listeners. The Trip went amazingly well! NO problems. |

| All of our experiences with C & A have exceeded our expectations. They have successfully diagnosed various issues with multiple vehicles and have either completed the repair or provided a recommendation outside of their shop, in one case, a transmission. We have been very happy with the detailed explanations given to us in simple terms as we aren?t car experts and the extra effort to get to the bottom of the issues we are having and ultimately resolving the problems.
