| I had the vehicle in for a "complete safety check-up" on the first occasion I brought it in to ensure everything was setup properly, then for a state inspection, followed by this repair to complete the inspection work. A tire pressure light came on following all these visits and I discovered none of the tires were near the maximum pressure of 50 lbs and all were at 32 lbs. I would have expected a mechanic to actually check the tire to ensure it is at the proper inflation especially when I asked for a safety check. |

| I got home and checked my oil and it was low on my stick , I've always assumed an oil change tech insures that the oil is 100% on the full mark. I went back to get this corrected, and as I was afraid.... I was looked at with consternation . A worker pointed out on my stick that it was only a half Quart low ..... Really ??? So he added the correct amount and left me feeling like the "bad guy" ...Was I wrong for expecting the job of an oil change be done correctly ? I'm not a complainer....But I believe that we all should get what we pay for, and not be looked at in question when we point out a discrepancy in service ..... So yes I am miffed ! ! |

| just as I suspected and said, Honda with 46,000 miles needed a new starter. Car was towed next day from leaving you to Honda dealer. Waste of $250.00. Ugh |

| Uninformed buyer beware. This shop will rip you off if you have no automotive knowledge. They wanted $520 for rear disks on a truck, which cost $140 in parts and MAYBE a hour in labor (it took me a hour and 10 minutes without air tools or a lift). Then the mechanic stood around for 15 minutes while I waited for my reinspection, because no one told him the vehicle was there for the appointment I made. I'm not going to this shop again. |

| I REQUESTED OIL PER C & A FORM. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OIL CONVENIENTLY, AND WITHOUT CONTACTING ME, THEY USED OIL NEXT GRADE HIGHER AT THE NEXT GRADE HIGHER PRICE. IF I HAD WANTED THE NEXT GRADE HIGHER OIL, OR THOUGHT I NEEDED IT, THEN I WOULD HAVE REQUESTED IT!!!! TO C & A MANAGEMENT I WILL BE BY TO PAY MY INVOICE SOON. RESPECTFULLY, TOM |

| Took wife's car in for a flat tire. They patched up the tire but broke a stud putting it back on. Had to take wheel apart to put on stud. After that, ABS/BRAKE/4WD/VSC lights came on indicating issue with Speed Sensor. Took car back and was told wheel bearing needed to be replaced. All that just to get a flat tire fixed! Won't be going back to C&A |
