| As always, courteous, on time, honest, and reasonable. And even though I mentioned it might be time to have the brakes worked on, I was told they were checked and it wasn't needed. How many places can you trust enough to mention something might need work, and they don't just money grab and do it no matter what?! Thank you C&A! |

| When I called for the appt, Pam set me up for 7.30 am so that the oil change could be done promptly and I wouldn't have to wait very long. Mission accomplished! |

| Richard not only found the problem but found that there had been a recall by Ford for this problem and sujested we call the deealer. In the end Ford did the repairs at no cost. Saved me about $1,100. |

| Your service has always been top-notch in my opinion. This is precisely why I'll keep coming back. I can probably get the work done elsewhere for less, but it will be inferior work with possibly inferior parts. I could also get the work done where I work and get an employee discount, but I will only do that for certain things, or in emergencies. I think Bob and Richard understand that.
