| When I called for the appt, Pam set me up for 7.30 am so that the oil change could be done promptly and I wouldn't have to wait very long. Mission accomplished! |

| Richard not only found the problem but found that there had been a recall by Ford for this problem and sujested we call the deealer. In the end Ford did the repairs at no cost. Saved me about $1,100. |

I can probably get the work done elsewhere for less, but it will be inferior work with possibly inferior parts. I could also get the work done where I work and get an employee discount, but I will only do that for certain things, or in emergencies. I think Bob and Richard understand that.
