| When needing to have our car inspected C&A was professional and extremely friendly. Our vehicle was completed on time and they followed up with a call to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Within a week of getting the inspection, my low tire pressure light came on, I was near their shop, asked for assistance and within a few minutes our tires were checked, fixed and we were back on our way home. Due to the extreme cold the air pressure was low. Great customer service that makes you feel at home, not like a number! |

| Before I took my car here, I had already had it serviced at another shop. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of the other shop. When I came here, the guys understood my issues and worked to resolve them quickly. They were very knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way. They didn't do anything without my permission first. I would recommend C & A to everyone. They took care of my car issues without any hassles. They weren't pushy and treated me with respect. They even followed up with an e-mail and phone call to make sure I was happy with the results. |

| My wife and I were not sure if we should get the van fixed or buy a new one. To avoid monthly payments we opted to have it fixed. For a 10 year old van with 155,000 miles after the work was completed now runs almost brand new. Great work once again C&A Auto!! |
