| MY CRV was overdue for it's 120K Maintenance and new tires. C & A got my vehicle running smoothly after all replacements and courtesy check details were complete. Needed slight adjustment after road test to correct timing. Staff informed me in detail what needed to be done and updated me on their concerns for service. |

| I called C&A for an estimate on installing a new exhaust system from the Catalytic Converter back to the Tailpipe. I had assumed the whole system needed replaced. Dropped the car off and was contacted by Service Writer saying the car was ready! Bill was hundreds less then the estimate! They could have replace the whole system and I would not have known the difference. The technician just replaced one pipe saying the rest was like new. Thanks for your honesty! |
