| Excellent service. Explained the needs for my car in language I could understand. |

| I called C&A for an estimate on installing a new exhaust system from the Catalytic Converter back to the Tailpipe. I had assumed the whole system needed replaced. Dropped the car off and was contacted by Service Writer saying the car was ready! Bill was hundreds less then the estimate! They could have replace the whole system and I would not have known the difference. The technician just replaced one pipe saying the rest was like new. Thanks for your honesty! |

| These folks do a great job. They do good work at a fair price, and stand behind it. When feasible, they have looked for ways to help me avoid unnecessary repairs. I recommend them highly. |

| I made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. Dropped off vehicle and in the estimated time promised the oil change was complete. So refreshing to have my vehicle ready when promised. Never again will I take my vehicle to a dealership for an oil change and wait over 2 hours even after making an appointment:) |
